THOMASVILLE, Ga. – The Thomas University Men's basketball season ended in disappointment Tuesday night, falling to the No. 4 seed St. Thomas 65-57 in The Sun Conference Quarterfinal at the Fernandez Family Center.
The game saw Thomas (10-17, 10-10 TSC) take the fewest shots from long range all season (7), in which the Night Hawks converted just under 43%. TU outshot the Bobcats 52-47, but STU converted just under 58% from the floor compared to the Night Hawks' 40.4%.
Junior Forward
Shakari Williams tallied 13 points with five boards, shooting over 71% from the field, while Junior Guard
Trint Bryant led all Night Hawks with 18 points and seven boards, shooting 63.6% from the court.
