Trint Bryant netted 14 points in Thomas University's 75-60 loss to No. 20 Southeastern University Thursday night.
Bryant was 5-for-9 from the field, hit one 3-pointer and a trio of free throws. He also grabbed six rebounds, which tied for the team high.
Daniel Merrius added 13 points and four rebounds while
Desean Enzor also scored in double digits with 11 points, pulled down six rebounds and dished out three assists.
Southeastern led Thomas 37-29 at the half, then outscored the Night Hawks 38-31 in the second stanza.
Thomas falls to 6-12 overall and 3-7 in the Sun Conference, while SEU improves to 16-5, 9-1.
On Saturday at 4 p.m., the Night Hawks face another team listed in the NAIA Coaches Top 25 Poll, as Ave Maria is receiving votes.
