VALLEY, Ala. - Thomas defeated Life (Ga.), 72-63, but lost at Point (Ga.), 105-82, on Saturday afternoon inside Valley Community Center.

Jamie Haught won the 1,000 freestyle in a time of 11:42.82 and 500 freestyle in 5:47.26.
Kiana Ocasio-Molina took the top spot in the 200 backstroke in 2:21.86 and 200 individual medley in 2:28.25.
Marien Rincon Medina finished first in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:47.75.Â
The Night Hawks'
Haley Helms took second in the 100 breaststroke in a time of 1:24.75 and 50 freestyle in 29.12 seconds.Â
The 400 freestyle relay team of Rincon Medina, Haught, Helms and Ocasio-Molina won the event in 4:04.34.
Thomas travels to No. 2Â Keiser (Fla.) for a dual meet on Saturday, Jan. 20, at 10 a.m. ET.
