Thomas University took the early lead and never forfeited it to the CIU Rams throughout the game. With a field goal percentage of 61.2%, the Rams didn't stand a fighting chance. TU Head Men's Basketball Coach, Stephen Cox, commented, "We played a real athletic team, but we were able to dominate them offensively as well as defensively. A 4 and 0 start to the season is a great way to tip off the second TU Men's Basketball season!"
The Night Hawks will take on the Middle Georgia State College Knights Tuesday, November 8th at 7:30 following the TU Women's Basketball game. Thomas University Basketball will be recognizing the service men and women in the stands and around the world in honor of Veteran's Day.
